We’re excited to build the leading tech-enabled health & performance brand for men in Switzerland, and later, across Europe and genders. We’re a fun team of experienced product builders & founders in healthtech and e-commerce out of McKinsey, Google, Coolblue, Oviva, and a Zurich-based pharmacy.

Summary

• Internship as a Founders Associate in a Swiss digital health start-up
• Flexible duration; between 3-12 months
• German and English language skills desired

Tasks

• Taking full ownership of projects and executing them from idea to finish (i.e., building up a social media advertising campaign)
• Assessing different verticals (i.e., hair loss vs. hormone therapies vs. others), market entries and strategic projects working directly with the founding team
• Identifying opportunities to improve business processes (i.e., drive conversion, operational processes)
• Identifying, onboarding and working with key partners, such as Medical Doctors, Sexual Therapists, and Pharmacies

Requirements

• You have made initial experience in or are passionate for startups, VC, consulting, or healthcare
• You consistently performed in the top percentile of whatever environment you’ve been in, whether in business, education, sport, or any other dream you pursued.
• You want to rise faster than would be possible in any ‘normal’ career and you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever’s required.
• You have outstanding analytical skills, write inspiring documents, and are not afraid of getting in front of a crowd
• You are studying in an area related to the tasks, preferably in the fields of business, economics, communications or medicine
• You are proficient in both German and English and ideally based somewhere in reach of the city of Zurich
